This painting is 36" x 24" The detail view at right shows the 3d image plus the line drawing on frame as well as inside the framework. This is a prototype. There will be more in this series. The images on the small blocks comprise a larger image when seen as a whole. Each block is acrylic on paper applied over styrofoam although you cannot tell what it is made of by viewing. The whole thing is glued to plywood. The styrofoam is used to reduce weight. I think it works pretty well.
